Storage for Short-term 

Fresh mushrooms are packed in perforated polyethylene bags that are sent directly to the nearest local market. Freshly harvested mushrooms can be stored at low temperatures (00to 50 C) for 1-2 weeks, without loss of quality if you will send to distant markets.

Storage for Long-term 

Dried mushroom with 2-4% moisture, can be stored for 3-4 months in sealed bags without change in taste. Producing dry can be rehydrate in warm water (40-500 C) within 20-30 minutes to give 80-90% of original weight
